These photos were taken today after 2 days of above normal temps created some different texture on the snowdrifts. They became more crystalline in texture in places.

It has actually felt pretty warm the last few days. After the polar vortex of a week ago it feels downright balmy.

Nice job getting that texture!

You might consider cropping out the bit of sky and posts at the top :)

Balmy indeed! It reached 50 deg F here today which is 65 degrees warmer than one week ago!

Thanks Wahawk, it definitely isn't easy to get exposure right when shooting snow on a cloudless day.
