Alaska / B.C.: Stikine River

Stikine River is the only way inland from the Southeast Alaska. The river is about 330 miles long but only 30 miles is in the US. It is called the fastest navigable (kind of) river in the North America and played an important role in three gold rushes. It is pure wilderness with about 100 glaciers along the way and the icing on the cake is the grand Canyon of Stikine.The US/Canadian border is guarded only by bears and moose.
As for the photos all colors etc. are real.

The very first one is my favorite. HOW BEAUTIFUL!!! They are simply breathtaking!
