I made the Solar System from pictures that I had taken last year.
We have started a Project 52 group so have to take a picture a week. There are 52 subjects and one is Photoshopped. This is what I came up with and any comments welcome.

Cool idea, but your Solar System is a bit crowded...I think someone from Jupiter is hopping the rails.:)

Was not sure about how the planets were set out so I got a picture from a Solar System site and based it on that. The planers are set out the same and are the same size except for the sun as it was smaller. I put a copy layer on top of my Solar system and lowered the opacity to get it correct. May be the picture I used was not correct in ratio to the planets.

I was just teasing. It looks good to me. I'm not good enough with things like this myself to even begin to do this, but I'm getting there.

But, if you look at it right, it looks like Jupiter is rolling off the rings of Saturn; Uranus and Neptune are lining up to do the same thing , then they will be slung off into the far distance and become smaller and smaller. See, just imagination at work.

No problem, its good to have imagination and I see what you mean, mind my rings on Saturn are a bit more round than flat. It said to go crazy on photoshopping so this can be a round about in the sky. May be some one on UHH knows how to make a flat circle at an angle as I tried for ages. :-D

Go over to the Post Processing Section and ask those folks about the circles. One of them can probably tell you in less than three seconds how it's done, but I like it all. I like your planets and it's kinda neat to try to figure out what you used for each one. I think you gave Photoshop a good workout!!

Very good and creative! I love what Singing Swan said about Jupiter rolling off the rings of saturn and being slung! Great minds! I think they said Pluto wasn't a planet anymore? Good work!
