You could simply hire a wrench carrier. Perhaps one with an advanced engineering degree so they can set the tripod up as well!

I see you're in Philly. That's not so far from the Catskills. Send me your resume, and I'll take a look.

I use a tripod for most of my photography, mine is the Manfrotto 055x Prob. The tripod has performed very well but recently I have noticed that one of the legs does not lock securely all the time. It is not a huge problem but I like to have my tripod as secure as possible at all times. I tightened the leg nuts with an allen wrench, and it tightened some. But if pushed, it still slides a bit. My camera is a Canon 6D, usually with a Canon 24-105 lens. Was wondering if anyone else has had a problem with this tripod, and if they did, what were they able to do to correct it. I have owned the tripod since the summer of 2012.
Thanks hogs-you guys are awesome.

I had the same problem with a Benbo. I emailed the UK distributers, and they got back to me within 24 hours. Told me the part number I should order and how to fit it. I imagine Manfrotto would offer the same service.
