Not sure I'm posting right place. It is a vari-mount / magazine - holds 36 slides is anyone familar with this system. if so pm me please. If I'm in the wrong place I'm sorry .

I bought an Airquipt projector back in the 60's, not even sure if I still have it. Typical of all magazine type machines. it was prone to jams. The magazines themselves haven't been made in many, many years. If you are contemplating buying one, I would strongly recommend that you locate a Kodak Carousel instead. They use a gravity feed system that is much more reliable

Personally Airequipt was the best using the metal mags, pastic just evened the playing field, Kodaks were good but when they did jam you lost the slide as they got too hot too fast, I sold both and some others in the old days, Bob.

Slides--isn't that what kids play on at the playground?

thank you for the info. I'm preplexed as to what to do with my 50 some year old slides but i leaning towards get them professionly cleaned and put on disc.

That is probably the best way to go. Dragging out a projector and a screen is so old school. I should do the same thing some day. same with my old movie films and 8mm video tapes. Should have done it when I was in retailing and could have saved money.
