Thank God for IS is right! There was absolutely no way to use a tripod that night. Hundreds of people walking through this fantastic display of Christmas lights at the Albuquerque Bio Park.. A man with a tripod would have become very unpopular very quickly. Probably would have ended up hanging from one of the trees.
