For my X100S friends...
Just for fun...for my X100S brothers and sisters...
What was the above picture taken with?
And, what is your favorite "film" setting in this camera? Mine is either Provia or PRO Neg- std.

I took this image with my X-pro1 with the minolta 85mm f/2 and speed booster on it.
I don't really have a favorite setting on the X100s...I shoot raw so I don't pay a lot of attention to the jpg modes....though I DO shoot B&W+Y if I'm going to shoot JPGS....they are really nice right out of the camera.
I ALWAYS shoot:
sharpening +1
Highlight 0
Shadow 0
NR -2
In my opinion, setting the sharpness to either 0 or +1 and the NR to -2 is a must...if you have the NR on anything above -2...the jpgs get "smeary" looking. I'd love them to turn that NR off completely.

Thanks for the NR tip... I just got mine right after Christmas, so I'm still getting familiar and thought the NR was a little aggressive. I also added +1 for color boost, but I like the JPEGS out of this little jewel. Interesting combo on the shot you posted, for sure!
