Hi folks,

Critique isn't requested here, but welcome if you would like to respond.

I created this slide show from photos I took this past summer, when my Wife and I were camping in Homer Alaska. The series of photos are of "Bishop's Beach" in downtown Homer. The video has several very nice photos of the beach, and several photos of the water, with wave action. Several follow the life of a single wave as it moves over the surface of the water. It was a gorgeous day when I went out, but windy and blustery, causing heavy seas. It also includes a series of bird photos, including a Seagull, Raven, a Bald Eagle and 2 fledgling Eaglets that are in the process of learning to fly and leave the nest. There are a few photos overlooking the world famous "Homer Spit." I included several music tracks from my music collection to accent the video. Please enjoy, provide feedback if you'd like, but this post is purely for your enjoyment...

Hmmm, thanks for the response. I would never have thought that CCR could be related to as "Lovely" but I guess it applies. Thanks Don.

Very nice presentation. I got to visit Homer a couple of summers ago. Scenic on steroids. A place I would definitely like to see again.

Hmmm, maybe you didn't look closely enough. There are the photos of the Homer Spit, which is actually homer. However, my goal and reasons for the shoot wasn't for the town of Homer, but to capture as much of the remaining natural surroundings of the Homer area. I wanted to capture the essence of the oceanic scenery and wilderness that still surrounds homer...
