Ice, Ice, Baby...
The jetty provides protection for the shore and boats in the harbor while affording pedestrian traffic the ability to traverse its length. These pictures show some of the storm aftermath as a blanket of ice which makes the jetty walk and bridge inaccessible while awaiting Mother Nature's help to thaw.

Appreciate your visit, Sirius_one. The sub-zero temps were not a problem, but the cold from the ice permeated my feet quicker than expected. Glad you liked it.
