I met President Reagan during his visit to GB, when working for the Royal Household. I found him to be polite, erudite and not half the village idiot that he has been made out to be. He had a wicked self depreciating sense of humour and was a pleasure to deal with. The same can not be said for some of the other heads of state I came across. I am not at all sure the current presidential incumbent would be as pleasant.

As much as I admire the Queen and the work that she does,(God help us if that idiot son of her's Charlie ever takes over), I would just point out that she doesn't have to be re-elected every 4 years.
