Good edit, but it doesn't look like HDR, it just looks like contrast has been added, which is what it needed.

Wow, you have a lovely backyard! What a view and you captured it nicely. It looks a bit too contrasty and sharp to me though.

Dman and Chinaman, I do agree with both of you in regards to the level of contrast.
Three shots +2 -2 process in Photomatix, then edited in PS CS5.
