Poor birds......are they cold?????

Found these birds in my patio. They were moving from tree to tree eating something?, I don't know what.

Very nice wintry scenes,Throw then some bird seed and you'll have lots of em to take photos of.

In this kind of weather a water source will bring them in faster than seed. They can quench their thirst without using precious energy to eat snow and melt it with body heat.

Yes, they are very cold. In really cold weather(below 25 degrees), they need to eat almost all day just to stay warm. You need to feed them. They fluff up their feathers as much as they can in order to stay warm. They will be most grateful to you.
