I have Photoshop CS5 Teacher student edition Extended for Mac that I am considering selling. I purchased CS6 last year and don't need Cs5. It is identical to the non student version and you don't have to be student/teacher to use it.
I have deactivated it on my Mac and have the serial number.
Anyone who purchases it will have no problem installing it on 2 different Macs.
I used the disk once for installation so it is as good as new. There is no difference between the Teacher/Student edition and the regular edition.
I am going to be putting it on Ebay soon. I have seen these selling for $230 up to $400, so haven't decided on a price yet.
