Once again, I have had a very positive experience with Really Right Stuff. Virtually everybody is familiar with the high quality of their "stuff", but, their customer care is outstanding.

When we buy from a reputable brand we usually get what we paid for and service is a priority for these companies.
I never had to get customer service from RRS. Enough said.
