Photographing birds on snow at feeders

How do we get the birds to show more with the snow reflection? Tried many settings no idea of how to make it better. Thanks Denns

I suspect there is little detail in the birds as they are Underexposed?
This is common in snow. Try overexposing by about 2 stops.

Agreed...Or use a narrow spot meter setting.

Yes, I set both focus and exposure metering (on many cameras such as mine two separate settings) on spot and seek to put the spot on the eye.

In some cases, e.g. without snow, I might try some with average metering but always on spot focus.
