The Profoto B1 500 AirTTL off-camera flash is a 500 watt/second strobe with a 20 watt LED modeling light and TTL compatibility with optional wireless triggers for Canon or Nikon (coming in 2014) TTL systems. These are light weight strobes with powerful, rechargeable batteries and a 9-stop power range.

It's supprising that this unit is not compatable with an industry standard Pocket Wizard to keep the cost down And for the cost of this stobe, I'm not sure that 500 watts is justifiable.

I am a big fan and owner of Profoto equiptment. Money is hard to come by.
