My D800e arrived!!

Just in from B&H and took my first shots. I still have my D300s and the transition to new camera was quite easy! Below are some first test shots. Cropped images were processed in ViewNX2. Thank you.

I don't know, the bee picture is a little grainy. I think you should sell this and get a D7100. ;-)

Well, couldn't expect too much from a 40+ year old lens!! :wink:

^^^Giv'em 6 weeks with that D800E and watch the image quality improve with familiarity with that camera grows. ;)

Clearly you need the 200mm f/4D macro to go with the D800E! :lol:

No! All you need is a Bavarian milking wench in a dirndl to carry it for you.
