I shot this on a trip I took this last October, after the government shutdown was over, I went to Yosemite and the Eastern Sierra Nevada for a few days and stayed in Lone Pine one night.

Nice, Flyguy. The rising sun on the hillsides are very pleasant to look at as is.

I like your photo with the dramatic lighting. This photo is taken from the "Buttermilks" and is a great bouldering area for rock climbers.
Very nice color. Outstanding clarity. Well done.
Wow, the downloaded image really has a three dimensional depth to it.
Beautiful shot! The shadows really gives it depth! Perfect time of the day for this shot and you captured it very well!

I agree with Joe it really does. What great DOF! Beautiful colors too I love it when it's clear enough to make such a sharp image.
Can anyone find the hiker?? You can only see him on the download.
Nothing like a great sunrise (or sunset) to really make a picture. The so called "Golden hour" seek it out as much as you can.
I like the photo with the dramatic lighting. Great Job!
How beautiful, Guy! Well done!

Thanks responding and for the comment, didn't know that about the particular spot at which I took the shot. It's a great area to explore and photograph and I intend to go again and spend more time in the area.
