I stopped when I spotted an eagle in a tree but once I got stopped I saw this one coming out of another tree from a different direction. Sure glad I turned this way! The first eagle I saw came after the one with the fish but left empty clawed!

Thanks! These were taken in the Yakima River Canyon in Central Washington. Last year at this time there were 32 eagles in the canyon. So far we have only spotted 11. But there is a lot less snow in the hills to drive them down to the lower elevations.
