Anything like Irfanview for Mac??

I understand Irfanview is for Windows based systems. I'd like something like it -- but not in the "social media" category -- for Mac based systems. Anyone with experience with something like that???
Reason is that sometimes I'd like to quickly show my psd files to colleagues before I write them out in "final" jpg form. And I find that having to go to Bridge is somewhat of a pain.

Quicklook and Preview work. They are part of OS X. Click on the photo you want see and hit the space bar. Photo pops up in Preview and you have the option of making it full screen and/or adding it to iPhoto. If it is an email attachment, then I think Quicklook works the same way.

Sometimes the spacebar works for psd files, but sometimes it does not -- especially when there are still multiple layers. That's why I'm looking for something else that will work with psd files. But thanks for the reply.
