It's tough to admit it but England were beaten by a better team. Well done Australia (did I really put that?).

Credit where credits due, The "convicts" are a terrific team Congratulations on a terrific performance. So good to see a team playing with passion and fire and not the overrated Prima Donna lot we have. This Pom really enjoyed watching your team play REAL cricket, great stuff.

If you think this was a bad result just wait 'till our overpaid over rated footballers take the world cup stage.

As for the cricket,(I'm retching as I say this) the best team deservedly came out on top. They at least played as though they meant it.

I am a very suspecting person.
To me something is amiss here, the team gets flogged in the UK, Then we suddenly get two Ashes series within about 5 months, The English team suddenly fall in a heap, while the Aussie's suddenly come to life.
Maybe it's a ploy to bring some life back into test cricket, which has been dying a slow death for quite some time, and loosing revenue.
Or the English just needed a holiday.

Good on yer, mate, your turn to laugh. Looks like we'll have to go back to South Africa for some more batsmen. Don't think we'll get much of a trade in price for KP though.

Firstly, congratulations to a vastly superior team. Ours played like tired old men.
Having said that. I believe the matches were played in a poor spirit by both sides. When a bowler threatens to break a batsmen's arm, in my mind that's not cricket.
When I played, many, many years ago, if you snicked the ball, you walked. You respected the bowler or batsman against you.It was a gentleman's games in the best spirit of the word.

Darren Lehmann is the difference. Arthur is a Yarpey and didn't know anything about showing pride in the baggy green. Lehmann just showed them how to play Aussie cricket, as a team.
