When I turned my Christmas lights decorating my park model on, I saw the colored reflections on the exterior wall as shown in the image. I thought, what a picture, so I attempted to capture what I saw. Opportunities and challenges. This is pretty close to actual. The colors of the bulbs, especially green and blue, are not real good. The EXIF data is shown in the second image. The lens used was a Tamron 17-50mm F2.8 telephoto with camera and lens atop a tripod. White balance was set to Incandescent.
The RAW image was processed in RAW Therapee and saved as an 8 bit tif. Then, cropped and tweaked for brightness, contrast, and sharpness in Paintshop Pro X6 Ultimate and saved as a jpg with minimum compression for highest quality. I felt the image good enough to share. Comments and critiques are welcome. Merry Christmas and have a GREAT DAY!
Christmas Lights/Reflections
Exif Data
Very 1970s psychedelic feel, good bit of observation and nice piece of work--
