Traditional English Pubs at Christmas.

I thought you might like to see these two traditional English pubs sitting in all their glory in the winter snow.
These two pubs are only 2 miles apart but in 2 separate villages.
My wife and I owned these 2 pubs up until 3 years ago when I retired due to health reasons and I sold the Merlins Cave (pic 1) and my daughter runs the other pub now The White Hart (pic 2).
They are in my opinion a typical winter scene in South Buckinghamshire, England.

The building at Merlin's Cave is barely discernbile from the snow, but the moon and clouds over White Hart has transformed that one into a magical experience. Good on ya Mate!

Great photos! The White Hart shot is wonderful. And very inviting - I would love to stop by for a pint!

I'll disagree with the others re the moon in #2 :)
I love the image for the lines and textures, and storybook feel in the snowy setting. Definitely what this American thinks is a perfect English pub shot!

I loved the Pubs and the pints of Mild back in the 50's. I miss those pints of Mild to this very day....Rich
