My Woodpecker shots...

...Taken at Pennington flash.I think this is a female but I'm not too sure of the species . I've checked it out in my British birdwatcher but I'm still not sure,any help would be gratefully received. :thumbup: :thumbup:

Thanks for looking Doddy I really appreciate it.I think your right, the one in my book has a red patch on it's head but this one hasn't so im assuming its a female. :thumbup: :thumbup:
