Martian is miffed again--had mentioned a trip to Mexico to dig for saber-tooth tiger fossils, some nonsense about 'finding his roots.'
I told him no, and--big surprise--he's refusing to model for me.
So once again, the Goose volunteered for the job.

A real beauty or should say what a handsome fella!
That is one great photo...and the cat looks good too! Let me know if Martian ever finds fossils or needs help. My cat perked his ears up at the mention of the sabertooth. I think he has a grudge to settle.
What a gorgeous cat, Treepusher. Great shot.

Thanks very much, RB. Appreciate the kind words. Martian, my favorite model, has a long history of adventuring, and after last summer's jaunt to Sumatra and his recovery of the fabled 'Cat's Eye Diamond,' I'd hoped he'd settle down for a while. Alas, it was not to be. But I'm putting my foot down, and he can pout all he wants--he's NOT going to Mexico! At least, not till he pays off his credit cards from the last trip.
The Goose, on the other hand, is a cooperative, no-nonsense model, and always willing to step in for him.
Thanks for looking--it's much appreciated!
Excellent as always. It's nice to see the pussy cats back.

The Goose is your garden variety Domestic Longhair (read: alley cat), just had her ninth birthday, and is slightly on the plump side, lol.
Thanks very much for looking and taking time to post a comment. It's appreciated!

Thanks very much for the compliment, Marilyng. I'll pass it along to her--she likes hearing that sort of thing.
