Printing issues

I hope I have posted this in the right section.
Anyway does any one have a clue why my Canon ip4820 will suddenly not print any MS word documents? I share the printer with the same cord between two computers. One using Windows 8 and the other Windows 7 ( I think) I jusr change the cord between the two computers. it just refuses to print any Word documents. Making me crazy!

When you click on print preview do you see the document? If so, then I would check the settings for the printer..such as paper type, drawer choice, etc.

Wendy, will it print anything else from the computer?
Do you have stuff stacked up in que, that need to be canceled first?
Apart from changing the cords, you may need to select the printer in the properties area.
I'll confess, I can barely get my own stuff printed. But will help if I can.
