I waited for close to an hour in a certain choice strategic place standing up in hoards of people to get these photos. I hate crowds so this was a real sacrifice for me to get these photos. This was once in a lifetime photo session for me.

Thanks Mark.......you are a great supporter of my photos! I appreciate your comments always!
I'm adding one more.......it's working with the filters that I love so much.......just for fun!
Beautiful! You should contact the Disney folks. I'll bet they would love them for advertisements, and the tourists would love to buy them to take home!

Thank you ncshutterbug. I'm looking for an agent..........are you interested? lol
Brent, great captures of a singular event. I went to Disney World in my pre-digital camera days, and have always wanted to go back. They put on one spectacular fireworks display!
Interesting filter! May I ask which one it is?

Very true Bob.......but I think it's important to be in the right place to photograph it. Like I said, I waited for an hour in my "spot" just to get these photos.
I used 2 filters: oil paint and poster edges in "photoshop CS6".....then erased out the overlaying filter layer where the castle was to show the original castle with the sharpness.

Thanks for that.
You are very welcome Bob....thanks for stopping by and making a comment!
Thank you for sharing Brent. I will be there On Saturday the 14th for a week at the parks. Can't wait to see all the beautiful lights and fireworks.

Nicely done Brent, especially as you were in a crowd - were you hand-holding? exif shows f8 and 1/60sec, with ISO shifting to suit. I'm surprised 1/60sec caught so much firework action, I would normally try 2-6 seconds on a tripod. Your settings give me something to think about!
Well Brent they are awesome as usual, I like the one with the filter also. Once in a lifetime??? Why you live there, pretend the crowds are not there lol. And Merry Christmas to you and yours
