some images taken today at Popham Beach Maine. Went to shoot photos of Snowy Owls. No owls but looked down and saw
some interesting sand formations. Right out of the camera, no PP.

They don't need any pp. Great as you shot 'em.

HT,
Thanks, I was just wandering around at low tide, acute light angle, shadows to die for. A 110 Instamatic would produce good shots. Just lucky to be there at the right moment.
Thanks for the reply!
Best regards,
Janko

All interesting shots. I especially liked the patterns and shadows in number three. Good for you recognizing the photo opportunities right at your feet.

You've got the touch! You are also very modest. Love your photos.

Mr. Lawrence,
Thank you for your reply. I still cant understand how flowing water could create such a pattern. Sometimes it pays to notice what you step in.
Best regards,
Janko

You have an acute eye for pattern, and your non-instamatic did a good job of capturing them for the rest of us to enjoy. Good on ya Mate!

Great series! It's amazing what wind and water can to to shape and change shapes of things from sand to stone and back again. Very nice/
