I love taking pictures but it bothers me with this one; there's a funny sun spot on it is that a reflection from my lens? how can I make sure it doesn't look like that again, if I take that same type of photo ?

Use a lens hood if sun is coming from some angle other than perpendicular to lens surface. That is the simple answer.
