Great photo Graham. I love these old locos.
I was fortunate to see quite a lot of the Flying Scotsman when it was here in Australia. It went from Brisbane to Perth. Probably the only Loco to have done so.

I just love that range of shades. Was it shot in B&W or converted? Edited? Really gives the train something special doesn't it?

Now that is a very find monochrome shot, contrast, lighting all spot on, and we have been on that many times when we lived in Pontefract

Nice photo, Graham. The contrast is excellent with the black of the train and white of the steam. A really nicely done remembrance of days gone by.
