I'm a young-at-heart 57 yr old amateur photog hobbyist. I've been a Canon shooter most of my life, but my first camera was an Olympus OM-2 (high school graduation present!). I sold all of my heavy Canon gear and now shoot Olympus EM-1 and EP-5, with 12-40 f2.8PRO, 45mm f1.8, 75 f1.8, and 7-14 f4 micro-4/3 lenses.
The results are great and the weight is far less (1/3) of what I used to carry around!
