Is there an adapter ring I could use for my Canon 70D that would allow me to use an old film Nikon Macro 100 lens on my Canon body?

I typed into Google "Adapter Nikon F to Canon EOS" - answer in millisecs - looks like this will do the job ! But pay attention to the way the camera's functionality is affected......

Probably not. If you had stayed with Nikon there would be no problem.

If I had stayed with Nikon? I have 4 Nikons and 2 Canons. No problem :)

I know, but I thought it might also help to bump this up the list a little too if I posted on it. Sometimes threads get forgotten about or people don't want to look at them if they see that there are people who have looked but not responded.
