Thanks. The Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution has finally responded to my many complaints, and is conducting a study on how to level coastal water horizons. :)

Hi Nat, Its a lovely picture I really love the composition, but if it were mine I would Lasso the sky and in Layers try to bring a bit more of the character out and the the same with the sea, I feel it will lift it a bit-- plus, as previously mentioned by hb3, horizon needs to be straightened.
Nice image though

Thank you GWR - I don't know enough about photoshop to even try. Still trying to grasp the concept (let alone the technical process) of layers.

It is so simple, Maybe go to You Tube and punch in "Layers Photoshop" and you will get loads of easy to follow videos, if you request the PS programme you have i.e. Eliments 13 ?
if this is not for you I will be quite happy to run through it in a Private Message.

Thanks for your info and offer to help. I will check out some tutorials. I have CS5 and LR 3. I keep getting stuck at some point and give up. Gotta get over that!

My pleasure Nat, I hope you persevere with PS, you have a good eye for picture and it will give you so much satisfaction to fully bring out the full beauty of your shots.

Other than "It's a nice shot and horizon needs fixing" no further comment is needed. I like it a lot. ;) ;) ;)
