lovely photos' lovely model.In #1 & #2 her eyes look staring.I find that if you can talk to the model while you are shooting it helps her to keep her mind on the job and to concentrate on what she is doing. Ken

Your top photo is a winner and the other shots are good.
There may be too much white space on the right side of the bottom photo. All nicely done. Pretty model.

Are you using that "Portraiture" program for the skin softening? Whatever it is it is far too over done. My first impression was that you were shooting images of a doll.
Your main light position looks pretty good, but I personally like my women soft and feminine, so I would have had less contrast. The main light here is quite harsh.
It also would help to check the "store original" check box when you upload so that one can get a closer look at what you have done.

I agree for #2 and 3 There is something unatural about the eyes and jaw set in 2. However I really, REALLY like #1
