This 1 was taken on a completely overcast day in Dec. in a 50 ft deep draw under heavy tree branches - after taking it RAW I played around with the natural color that was left....I added no extra color - just some boost and detail

Interesting art. It not trite like the b & W picture of a girl with a red flower. This caught my attention. And I looked at it for a while. I can't say that I would hang it on my wall, but I do like it.

Very pretty. I am new at this, did you use a tripod? Your shutter speed was so slow. Is there a reason you choose to use such a slow shutter speed? Just interested in the different choices photographers make. Thanks

Andrea - I actually just now playing with ALL of my manual settings. Truth is I couldn't remember which setting would "freeze" the water so I have 5 different shots of this scene - each with a different setting. I just liked this one the best. No tripod that day I was shooting freehand.
