Just returned from an African Safari, this is one of my favorite photos.
Love the weathered, scarred, proud face. Maybe a bit old and tired but nowhere near ready to give up his place to a younger cat. Nice photo.
Its cropped in too far and has movement blur and the composition is pretty ordinary.
Like Lighthouse, I'm bothered by the blur. That, and there is very little to distinguish it from the background.
Sharpening will not improve blur. When the day comes that some developer learns how correct camera blur, a whole coterie of photographers will shout a grand "Huzzah!"

I agree with Lighthouse, but.....it is certainly a worthy subject and I wish I was on that safari with you.
I am envious of your safari. How wonderful! As to your photograph I agree with others that have commented but I think there is more to this image that can be worked. Are you familiar with Nick Brandt's work? I suggest you take google him and examine how he handles similar subject matter. You might want to experiment with saturation, background textures, and selective sharpening.
It appears to me to be vertical camera movement rather than focus that is the issue. You might try Blurity on it. I wasn't able to do much with Topaz inFocus but here's what I got with it plus Clarity/Fur Feathers preset.
Here's another try with some Photoshop additions. Brightened the eye, sharpened, added light to the head only, and added a border.
Doesn't solve the motion blur but is about as good as I can get it. Hope it helps some.
