My New BIFs

So now I know the seagulls come in November. Their thing is to go to the middle of the lake and frolic there like crazy, fly in circles for a while (?) and go back and float on the middle of the lake again. That is repeated endlessly for around 5-6 hours. I think (and maybe someone can clarify this) that they get their fish when they are floating on the lake, then go fly a little bit and do it again. Anyway, these have been may better BIFs in a while. Maybe now with the visiting seagulls I will have more opportunities.
Some exposure correction had to be done in PP since the sun was on their backs. Cropped just a bit, resized to 1000. 50D and 75-300 EF USM.

Bit tough to see the detail in thumbnail. Would help to have the download tab checked. I like the one with the clouds in the background. Gives interest.

Like your photo though and looks like the other birds you had here have flown south. 8-)
