I have an unusual need. I am building a collection display. I have some cameras and a ton of old picts. some of which go bac to early 20 the century. What I am looking for now is old film boxes and/or wrapping. Foreign or domestic. Just something to include in the display. I do not want your film, just the boxes that the film came in. Any size, any flavor. needs to be whole but not pristine. the older the better.

If anyone has ANY cameras, still or movie film cameras, that they just want rid of, working or not, let me know and we can dicker. Again, foreign or domestic.
condition needs to recognizable as a camera.
lenses also.

I just want your old dust collectors.

Before any ane asks, yes I will pay the freight and buy you a brew to fill the empty spot.

$ 10.00 to $15.00 is about my limit for this project. don't be insulted, that's about all the budget will bear.

I may have access to a "pile" of old cameras that belonged to a relative; none are very new. Interested?

Others of us might have interest in your "pile". It would help to know what's in the "pile".

I'll check on their status. How soon do you need them?

May I ask what kind of display you are building? I have several pieces of old photographic equipment that I would be happy to donate if this is for a museum or other public display; however, I would hate to see them on ebay next week. I'm sure you understand.

A partial list is as follows:
Brownie Target Six-20
Brownie Reflex Synchro Model - new in box
Flash for Brownie Reflex - not new
Kodak Hawkeye - unknown age; patent January, 1910
Kidak (no name) patent date January, 1910 -- Both are fold out bellows type
Rondo B.C. Flash Unit - this uses bulbs and the reflector fans out from a folded position. I have the box for this flash but it is a bit worn.
Ansco Memar Pronto -- 35mm rangefinder. Probably 1960's - early 70's
GE Light Meter -- mechanical presumably selenium. Has leather case

If you are interested, I can send pictures tomorrow.

I can promise that it wil notl go for sale, but neither will it be in museum. It is purely for my own enjoyment, hence the working or not, nothing too exotic.
Some folks like to look at painting, or plates, or little silver spoons. I prefer cameras that I can find the history of and even tie them to eras that match the era of old family picts that I have.

Defiantly interested, this is the type stuff that am lookin for.

email at mtgdad2001@yahoo.com with your decision.

Sounds good - send my your address and I'll ship this asap. I'll also dig through my closet to see if I have anything else you may be interested in. Do you have any preference of age of the equipment?
