Gull fine-dining?

At various times there are a lot of California and ring-billed gulls here. I've noticed that there are a few who are adept at fishing. And then too .... it's one thing to catch a fish and another to keep it.
This last week I found a gull that was cleaning up the junk food on the shore. I was amused at this series of how to eat a pretzel.

That last photo is a kick! It's like the seagull is showing you how he eats a piece of pretzel... he's demonstrating his technique. Love it!

One of the best places to photograph gulls around here is the McDonald's parking lot. They are partial to their fries!

This bird almost looks like it's taken up smoking. I have also noticed gulls around fast food establishments.
