Not sure I like the soft/blurring over the whole image. You might have been going for a "dreamy" look, but IMO it misses as i just makes for a very flat image.

I think the special dreamy effect works well with the subject matter of the photo. An image with unicorns in it would work well too!

The soft blurring was the first thing I noticed. I agree with Captain C. It doesn't do anything for the image. The overall composition is nice. The girl looks a little uncomfortable. Maybe do the shot over enough times until she is completely relaxed with it.

The soft image has lessened contrast in the image, so that foreground does not separate well from background. The softness does not compliment the already flat lighting.
I like your general idea, so a re-shoot is suggested, unless you your original image retains better sharpness and contrast.

It looks like the dreamy effect was only applied to the dress, but it doesn't make the photo any better looking. Perhaps if you were to apply the effect everywhere except the girl and her dress, it might make her stand out a little more and become the center of focus. Just my humble opinion.
