This is an area of my beautiful state I had not visited, even though I have used I-95 many times. Chesapeake City and Fair Hill Nature Preserve are a little off the beaten path. A beautiful fall day. There was "so much to catch". Time ran out. I hope the UHHs will enjoy and maybe stop by the next time you drive south.!
had pumpkin ice cream here -delicious
I'll bet he dances at night........
Bridge from another angle
Fair Hill Nature Preserve
Chesapeake City - the boat in the middle is from the Army Corps. of Engineers
last view
"Let us rejoice and be glad in it."
Almost home - I had to pull over to snap this beautifully painted sky.
Lovely images. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, Colorado
Nice to know someone is out there watching. My son just moved from the Springs. I will miss visiting your beautiful state.

Love your posts! Many memories for me as I grew up in Baltimore. Maryland is indeed beautiful and varied with the mountains in the West and of course the Chesapeake Bay and Eastern shore.
Rising Sun and Northeast MD are near Conowingo Dam and its eagles too.
Thanks for sharing

great photos and your state is beautiful.
Nice photos. I also grew up in MD -- n. Baltimore Co.
Did you notice the beaver in photo #3?
Now that you have pointed it out, yes - if he is verticle, tail pointing down. Good eye, Balt. Co. Now......... can you find a fish in the photos??
I grew up in Glyndon.

The shot of the winding narrow road through the trees to the covered bridge is really worthy of making a big enlargement and putting on your wall. It is very appealing.
Hi, again Jake - Here is one I love from Colorado - it is not the best, but I grabbed the camera and did my best - zoomed to 240.
