Pollen covered Honeybees... Bazinga!
Douglass told me to quite bragging and show him the pollen covered bees in my own thread... so here they are.
Bees collect 66 pounds of pollen per year, per hive. The workers are females. They collect the pollen and do all the hard work. Yep! Females rules.
Nice to see the bee shots!
Mine are all bundled up for the winter, in their hives. :(

The bees probably all flew down here to California. Our weather has been beautiful and they are still out there all over the flowers.
Cool stuff. Makes we want to keep practicing macro shots. :D
