The composition and timing of this shot is better than the first, though for some reason there is a lot of noise that detracts from the image. The colors also look a little muted, nothing that a little pp won't fix. The focus and crispness is also not up to the quality of the first image.

I think the color is better. You can't get back detail though that isn't there.
