I took this on the Cumbrian side of The Solway Firth looking across to Scotland. Here's the original...what do you think!

OooooooKay, so all you lot in the US of A are you all at work or asleep,or...both! Maybe it's past everyones bedtime here in the UK (well it is after 11.00 pm lol). Anyway I thought given the time difference y'all would have pulled my image to pieces!
So to give you some ammunition, here's the PP version...now what do you think....go easy!

Part of the problem with no posts from the US of A is people are just getting home from work and finishing supper. Give them a minute. The other is you have not checked store original and I find this thumb nail hard to critique. Some aren't too bad but with so much going on in this picture I would like to see more of it.

I know. It's hard to see the detail if we can't download. :-)

Interesting image with nice composition and sky. I like how your edit worked to lighten up the foreground but perhaps you overdid it by blowing out a couple of spots. That is easily corrected in post processing should you wish. I like the photograph. 8-)

Maybe it's just me 'cuz it's still early and I haven't had dinner yet, but is there a definite leftward lean to the horizon? Other than that, I think I agree that the pp took it just a couple of clicks too far.

Oh - Oh, do I detect a slight sense of uneasiness here, I mean..."Give them a minute", LOL. Anyway, I have sent the image with "store original" and please believe me I was only joking.

Yeah I didn't really notice the leftward lean, but I have to agree and I'll try and sort it. I also agree with PP going OTT. Thanks for looking and the C & C, maybe I will repost the image after some more C & C.

Hi Nightski, you can simply download any image by simply right clicking over it and saving it to anywhere on your computer, I usually rename it and send it to my picture folder, that way it's easier to find. I hope this helps.

Thanks Bmac, I have to agree with the PP, hopefully I will repost later after some more C & C. This is why I submitted it so that maybe I could make it better and improve.
