Guys, I have a "friend" that told me he has lots and lots of camera film that he has had for quite some time. He would like to know if it is still good? The containers have never been opened exposed to harsh conditions, etc.
He does not remember the sizes or the exposures on each roll, but said if anyone is interested in knowing more details, let me know.
I know the information is sparse at best, but again if interested, let me know and he will get an inventory.
Also, what would be the value of the film, etc?

Unless it has been kept in a freezer, it is too unreliable to use for anything but learning darkroom processing and general film use. I would not even consider it for serious photography.

Thanks mike!
I'm not sure about the refrigeration.
But you think it could be used by a school or something like that for learning?
Thanks again
Dave
Hi -do you know if it is 120 or 35mm and is it color or b/w? I'd be only interested in b/w film that was 120mm or 220mm and maybe 35mm b/w depending on the type. I might be also interested in 120.220 color film--but would not need any darkroom paper since I don't have acess to one any more. Thanks

Argus, I've asked my friend for an inventory of the items he has. Hopefully he will have it completed by the weekend.
I'll let you know asap!
