This is my Mom and Dad at "Garden of the Gods". This image is so special to me that I enlarged it to 13x19 inch and hung it on my bedroom wall.

No commercial portrait would mean as much to me as this snapshot.

That is what snapshots are for; capturing special moments as for remembering.

That's a nice photo, Mark. It's always nice to be able to look back on happy memories.

And that is why the "most precious" portraits are very seldom taken by pros!!

The most precious photos in my family, going back to my grandparents' days were the ones taken by family and friends, some posed and some not. Nothing professional about them, but much better than ANY pro could give.

The best photo's are always the ones that stir the heart as this one obviously does for you. It is a wonderful picture of two whose love is evident.

Family photos are special . Since I have the ability to color the old B&W photos . None of them give me more pleasure then restoring the family photos with color . Photos bring life back to the memory .

A friend asked me to take 2 photos from his old year book and restore them of his ex wife for her daughter . Her mother had pasted away , and the family had no photos of her to post at her funeral . It brought tears to my eyes to hear that the mother had destroyed them all . Tommy

Wonderful shot, Mark. It's one of those magic moments between two people who love one another. You are always able to capture so much love and emotion in all your family shots. You must be a very loving person.
