I spent most of the day learning how to do a reflection in a water droplet. Had a lot of fun trying it out for the first time.

I have spent so much time looking at the images I took today... I can't decide what is better? No background flower, background flower with more in focus or less in focus?

I think that #2 is the winner here.

Here is the setup for the shots. I use pieces of #12 solid copper wire with roach I mean Alligator clips to hold the subject. they are stuck into holes drilled into the base. They can be bent and re-bent into any shape.

Yeah, now it is the last one for me. The background supports the subject better.

It is an old Novaflex bellows rail, that I got three years ago. It is from the late 70s or 80s.
The bellows was shot, so I was using it to hold my dermal tool as a mini router for several years, until recently.
It's now a focus rail LOL. I hacked one of my Verniers and mounted it to the rail to meter focus adjustment. It's good to .00 of a mm!
