I was at a 125, 250 and 500 cc race in Belgium when the guy 8 to 10 feet to my left was killed by an out of control 500 cc coming over the hill.
I went up to a 300mm lens and moved way back.

Brings back memories. My son raced from when he was 8 to 17 years old. My heart sunk into my stomach every time the gate fell and 42 racers screamed of the start. I loved it but never ever got used to it. Motocross has been described as 1 of the most physically challenging sports. Thanks for the memories JR1

You know Jr I think you are finally gettin the hang of this. After down load and zooming in it is pretty amazing how well you focus on the subject. All in all very nice!
