House in oldest US cemetery

I was up in Salem Ma at the oldest Cemetery, was wondering which of these pics you like best. I didn't get as many photo ops as I would have liked as it was Oct and boy was it busy

Looks like the house was shingled with the ole dreaded "asbestus shingles"..

They appear to be one and the same shot.

Which of the two images will look best depends on printer, ink and paper you will be using to make the print. When in doubt, test-print!

The second definitely has more character. The first one reminds me of the Matthew Brady shots of Civil War battlefields, rather gray ad flat.

Interesting pictures, just wondering about the date on the cemetary might have a challenge on the age you refer to.

I agree up 2 it. The oldest cemetery in the US is Copps Hill Burial Ground in Boston's North End

Point made it said oldest, however looking further into other literature from up there it says "one of the oldest"

We have one dating back to 1564, it contains the remains of some of the original Spanish settlers.
