Thanks for sharing........it almost feels like a documentary on the Redruth mining area. I like how you framed #6.

Thanks for posting those Val, nice bit of history there and some good shot. Agree with Luvmypets and Brent on the cropping of #6; very creative and arty - jumped out straight away. I was wondering if there are any hidden shafts waiting for the unsuspecting rambler. There are a lot of outback mine shafts over here (in the country side) and sometimes someone will fall in an never be heard of again!

Glad you like them Paul, got down on my knees for you with no 6 as that is the only way to get the picture. Most of the mine shafts over here are capped or back filled (like the one on the next road down from me) which is the bakery car park. Sometimes you get a shaft open up in someones garden. You have a lot more open space in which mines were dug than we have so I don't expect they can all be capped. :(

Thanks for you comment Photoman74. It is about 5 or so mins in the car from me. I think no 6 seems to be the best for everyone including me. :lol:
